For International Journal of Comprehensive Engineering (ISSN 2186-2680 for print, e-ISSN 2186-2656 for online), authors are asked to pay a fee of 1200 Chinese Yuan or 16000 Japanese Yen or 200 US Dollars per processed paper (5-10 pages), but only if the article is accepted for publication in this journal after peer-review. If the paper exceeds 10 pages, it must be paid 400 Chinese Yuan or 5000 Japanese Yen or 60 US Dollars per extra page. Accepted papers will be published continuously (as soon as accepted) online (e-ISSN 2186-2656), and will be published in the print (ISSN 2186-2680).
